How may we help you?

  • Is this a second chance leasing property?
    Yes, we accept applications for those with prior rental issues, low credit, and certain criminal records. However, we do typically require a higher security deposit and risk fee depending on the results of the background check.
  • What fees and deposits are required to move in?
    Our deposit is dependent on the the applicant's background, including rental history, criminal records, and credit history. We run a full background check once an application is submitted. We require a $50 application fee per adult, a $100 administration fee, security deposit that ranges from $500 to a month's rent depending on the background check.
  • What utilities are included?
    We provide water, trash, storm, and sewer utilities in the monthly rent.
  • What documents do I need to apply?
    1.) Application Forms (#1-4) 2.) Drivers License or Government Issued ID each person 3.) Social Security Card for each person 4.) Latest 2 month's paystubs 5.) Social Security/Disability/Food Stamps Award Letter (if provided) 6.) Original Voucher Documentation + RFTA Packet (for Section 8 Housing)
  • Are pets allowed?
    Yes! But there is a separate deposit and monthly fee for pets.
  • Are there any alternatives to the security deposit?
    Yes. We offer an alternative to the security deposit with Assurant FlexDeposit. More information is provided below.

Security Deposit Alternative

 

This features a one-time lower payment to replace the security deposit based on your FICO score. However, whereas a security deposit is refundable based on the standards of the unit upon move-out, this option is non-refundable.
